Need to run jarfix, or change which application opens .jar files. It should be java, you may have to click open with another program... > choose java

EDIT: Misunderstood, so you have to add -oldschool to the parameters of the osrs launcher's shortcut, and it should do the trick

I dont know what you mean. Can you give more information?
