Unfortunately there were no plants that were active or dead. The plants despawned and everything. I thought it was waiting for energy to refill but it stayed there and did nothing. I'll keep trying to recreate it to show you.

Well the log says there was 1 dead plant, so either the client was bugged or there was a dead plant in the last slot

Hey Khal, looks like theres still an issue with progressive mode. I had it finishing up the last two levels for the final seed and stepped away to make dinner, when I returned player was outside the door idling. Attached what was relevant from the log, the [INFO] kept repeating itself and wiped everything else from higher up. Hope it helps!
