just a reminder to always appeal perm bans, Jagex says they won’t look at the appeal a second time if you fail the first... that’s a lie, I failed to appeal multiple times before it finally worked. I was perm banned twice on this account and recovered it each time. 
Recovered many perm banned accounts this way
