Disable Anti viruses, if you're using a VPN or proxy turn it off and see if that's the problem, delete OSBot folder, uninstall Microsoft One Drive, try those.

Sorry for digging up an old thread, I'm having the same issue, haven't ever loaded OSBot successfully. I've used the CMD prompt to load to different worlds, disabled firewalls, uninstalled onedrive & deleted all caches but still no luck.
