All you have to do is choose to open it with javaw.exe. Anyone saying to uninstall java shouldn't post.

From what I can see your problem has been fixed, if this is the case please request this to be locked.

Open command prompt

 

Go to the folder you have that jar in

 

If you type java in the command prompt, and it does not say java is not recognized, this will work.

 

Copy the path of the folder for that jar (including the jar name)

 

now in the command prompt type

 

java -jar

 

and paste that directory and press enter
