The way I fixed it was the following steps:> Start > Open your Control Panel Then select uninstall a program, Search Java in the top right. You should come up with numerous results, Now you should uninstall every single one of the java results.After you've completed that, restart your computer and re-install java, then restart your computer and everything should work again :3 Edited September 18, 2013 by jackshow

asidy Posted September 19, 2013 Posted September 19, 2013 Open command prompt Go to the folder you have that jar in If you type java in the command prompt, and it does not say java is not recognized, this will work. Copy the path of the folder for that jar (including the jar name) now in the command prompt type java -jar and paste that directory and press enter
