Reaction time Defaulting to 1000ms

Have to turn off recommended and click the '50' manually to get it to display 50ms.

This isn't a bug. This is how its always been. Although I think it would be better if the standard was 50ms.

That's intentional, it lets you override once the recommended button is off   

EDIT: It's mainly due to resources, 50ms will use up more resources than 1000ms since it refreshes a lot more frequently
