March 8, 20214 yr So I have a desktop that doesn't have a monitor connected, and it runs osbot but never actually displays anything apart from the blank first menu asking for your login details. (All of the fields are missing my the way.) Is there any way to fix this issue?
March 8, 20214 yr I had the same problems with RDP and teamviewer.. If i just connect a monitor without picture it worked aswell. Now I'm using google remote desktop and everything i fine.
March 8, 20214 yr Same thing was happening to me. It’s because there is no monitor connected so data is not being sent something like that.
March 8, 20214 yr Author Ahh, okay. But the monitor doesn't need to be on though, yeah? If i turn a monitor off when using osbot it also messes it up it seems
March 9, 20214 yr Whilst I am not familiar with the specifics of your exact setup, you might want to look into "Display port emulators". Below is the first result that pops up for me on Amazon. The function of this device is to trick your computer into thinking there is an actual display connected. Some GPUs will not startup without a monitor attached; this headless adapter will force the GPU into thinking there is. Please note: before trying this, make sure you know what connector you need- not all monitors have a Display Port, in which case you'd need to likely get an HDMI port emulator instead. Worth looking into for this price. Goodluck.
