Question about multi accounts

Is it 1 proxy per account or can I get away with a few accounts per IP at times? Have not botted in many years.

Depends on activity you do. If accounts has higher lvls you definitely want to do 1 acc 1 ip, but if you don't care if they get banned or not you can do 2-3 per ip
