Just curious, got banned recently. But I have mute appeals that are still yet to be looked at..and had one from a year that ended up expiring lol..ended up emailing them.

yeah its a rare day when jagex actually looks\replies to an appeal :\

Anyway, Jagex hardly ever read appeals, 9/10 times it's just an automated bot which decides your appeal, I think.

 

Plus, it's not always about the appeal, it's about your previous bans/mutes on all of your accounts, I think.

look it on youtube people have gotten unbanned and they say something of he dumbest stuff to them and jagex even replied and made a thread about thier appeals. People who have put funny stories not even related to thier bann have been unbanned becuase of thier humor. true story doe

Let's just say jagex don't read anything all they care about is money.

Its random if they can be botherd to look through them

I had a mute appeal pending for a whole year and it ended up expiring...lol there customer support is the worst i've seen yet.
