hi guys so i just barely caught on to the "use new mouse" and " use hardware mouse" any  tips on this? should i be enabling both? 

it does seem to slow down  when dropping fish/ore e.t.c so  it seems promising. 🙂 any info appreciated

New mouse utilizes a new mouse algorithm that changes the behavior of the mouse. Yes in some situations it can be slower.

Hardware mouse uses your actual mouse cursor. So, you can only use this on 1 account per pc/vm. From a small scale test it showed to have reduce bans significantly.
