too many login attempts??

when merely just testing the bot no matter what I do. any account used, any account created. the game client says too many login attempts. how could this possibly be. one this is a fresh laptop 100% cleaned of everything except java 8, osrs, osb. utilizing vpn AND proxy.

If you haven't try disabling these. Maybe a firewall or ISP is messing with the client causing this issue? Other than that no idea why, sorry
