Bot Busting Moderate Quashed?

Featured Replies

Very surprised to check my account today and find that it's had a Bot Busting Moderate ban quashed, is it normal to have it quashed within a week?

- Is it safe to bot again? I guess there's no strike on my account anymore but caught me by surprise.

Did you apply to have it reviewed? or did it happen randomly?

And its as safe as it was when you were botting without a ban history

I didn't appeal it, account got disabled for 2 days then only went back onto it today and was quashed - wasn't expecting that at all haha.

Jagex confirmed a flaw in their system around Dec 2 which banned a tonne of legitimate players and reverted them, either you did get caught and they reverted it out of precaution, or they didn't catch you and reverted it since it wasn't accurate. Either way, take it.

There are ton of quashed bans lately. They indeed had a flaw in theyr bot busting system so alot of lawsuits went on theyr name from legits.

Ah lucky! None of my 4 accounts that got chain banned last month are quashed. I've botted on em every day since though and haven't gotten rebanned lol
