Are you trying to use a proxy? Have you tried restarting the client multiple times?

I had the same issue, was down to a bad proxy. Try loading without one if you're not already. Also recommend trying to ping the proxy also.

No proxy trying to be used... cant remember if i had proxy before lmafo and reset client deleted folders and caches

Hmm weird. This a happened to me the other day, idk why, but after I restarted the client a few times it worked
