Why it should be removed: there was no trade

Details: user was scammed by imposter and gave me negative feedback, later gave me positive feedback when they realised it was imposter.

Link to topic: I don't think user created a report topic, or at least I couldn't find one.

 

I would like this false negative feedback to be removed if possible
