99 firemaking - comes with at least 400 banked crates, full pyro and odd other things such as potentially tome of fire/pet (and the obvious 60 odd woodcut/fletch)
77 runecrafting - done via zeah libary, comes as just that and nothing more
83 hunter - will have the upgraded net and some jars in bank, potentially some chins/other things too 
70 agility - full graceful + any other marks included in bank
70/82 fishing - 70 fishing would just be for barb fishing so would have the rod/anglers, 82 would have anglers 
70/72 mining - was considering 85 for rune ore, but more interested in just unlocking odd things / maybe outfit and upstairs mlm at 72

So you would say $35-40 on a fm HCIM from trusted? XD

HCIMs with 99 fm/600 crates go for 75-80$. 77 rc/graceful one goes for atleast 150$.

70 agil goes for 10-15$. Hunter is like 45$ max.
