They blatantly plagiarized our entire loyalty program, changing a few minimal details thinking it makes it unique. It's entirely obvious since no other gold site has ever offered anything similar to us, until they just copied the whole thing

Also trying to lie he was working on it before us, but we had this program since June 2019 so that's not really possible since he launched it few days ago:

This kind of behavior from them has became a standard recently, they are already banned for sketchy activities/scams on sythe/pb and other marketplaces and i hope we are finally going to take a stance against their bullshit.

We understand your frustration but having the same kind of loyalty program or the idea of one isn't plagiarism. If it was, a lot of retail stores would have legal issues with one another. If it was a copy/paste of your EXACT loyalty program, you might have a case, but in this instance, there is nothing we can do about it.
