when just burning logs , im not getting 500 points , seems to work to slow , am i doing something wrong? 

Hmm its best to use the potion as food, and if woodcutting is lower than 40 then its good to select “chop cut burn” so with fletching you will easily reach 500+ points. If you like I can send my settings for best results  I can copy paste screenshot of my personal setup.

i'm wc +70 and fm +80 but somehow im not reaching the 500 points i think its waiting to long in some situations im getting 120k xp hour only , its normal or cuz of my setup`?

Alright and you did chop burn only? I’ll see if I can speed it up in some areas. I assume you’re not using invokes/stealth btw?
