Not very sure on this at all, definitely a niche  account , maybe 80m because a lower total level but the shoulder parrot is a huge plus, considering that only math is wrong, and the shoulder parrot is one of the best(3rd most expensive , plus it takes up a less important slot  for f2p uim which is def important for an uim)
