Is my main safe

Featured Replies

Hi all,

first day of botting - ive made a new account and im going to see what i can get away with. i will never bot on my main account EVER!

could someone please help me with the questions below?

do you play your main same IP as bots?

do you play main legit same time running bot in stealth?

can you bot on a crap account for a few hours then log main in runelite and play legit? or would my main get banned even if i dont even log into a bot?

Supposedly there's always a chance but I've always played my main on the same IP as botting/banned accounts and never had an issue

Yeah it has been my experience too. Highly unlikely to get chained banned. I've actually had more success with ban rates when botting on my home IP vs. using proxies.

Below are a couple of things that I do just out of precaution but could be entirely wrong on this.

1. I never play on my main and bot other accounts at the same time.

2. I never directly trade items from my main to my bots or vice versa.

It might be good of you to  create a mule account and have it trade items to your bots, etc. In all the main consideration is to keep your main clean.
