It's not that it's not possible its just that as a member to the forums with little to no activity and what appears to be a throwaway name. I doubt anyone is willing to risk their PMOD account for you.

not saying this out of spite/trying to be mean but every post i've seen you type you make it out like your some victim of jagex and it's your  way of justifying this type of behavior.
