Eplv Account Manager not running

Cant get his account manager running, I DM'ed @Explv several times but no reply.

It's under unofficial scripts, he might fix it or not, not a big deal in the end

as to why it might not work for you, what have you tried to get it working? or nothing yet

Not sure what my options are, I tried it over the course of 2 years, doesnt work on any of my pcs. Updating java etc. I can run other programs just fine. I linked the error that I was getting.
