How do I integrate a script that is a project

Hi, how do I integrate, a script that is more than a jar file to be spefic a java files full of data? I already tried to put everything in his correct place but when I reload nothing appers in the script sections. I posted a pic below I would need to integrate all of this. Thank you for help.

You import it all into an IDE and then compile it into a jar file.
