It's the button that allows mouse and key board input next to the start, pause and stops icons. Click the icon until they are no longer restricted

I dont see why not, are you having issues?

Cannon support? It would be awesome if it could place cannon and sit in safe spot while being in a multi combat zone so the cannon fires at all the monsters
