i'm not even the seller, but people come here for an accurate pricecheck regardless of rep, so yeah 300m for that acc is a joke.

That's nice. But I judge an accounts value on reputation, not only the account. Reputation matters a large amount when it comes to purchasing an account from someone. 

Well just looking to see what I could get for it without the reputation.

It would probably go for 400m+. However I have to agree, it's going to take awhile to sell. Without having a strong positive reputation, many buyers in the market wouldn't even consider it. Reputation matters more than anything else here, as accounts can easily be recovered.
