On a 600$ laptop could that be why?

Also cannot click on the OSRS client itself when this is happening as in I cannon interact with anything.

Uhh, it has been a while since I last botted but these last 2 months I started playing again I am realizing how shit this game is to play legit L0L.

[I can run 2 accounts at once although the fan goes overdrive so I should be able to run one bot no?]

It depends on the type of client (stealth/mirror) and script. Some scripts can be more resource intensive. You can download hardware monitor and see how much resources those clients are taking from your PC.
