No refund will be provided when an account is banned. All services are rendered by hand. 7. In the rare case of a rollback we are not required to complete services that were done prior to the rollback. Including progress completed before the event. 8. All services ordered on Discord go through our ticket system. Our employees are prohibited from offering and/or working on any orders that are not affiliated with Chicks. 9. We are not responsible for any service outside of the scope of our Ticket System on this discord. 10. You are required to change the password after completion of the service, the change of a worker and/or a refund. 11. The only positions allowed to accept payments are Staff & Admins. 12. As real life and in-game bugs/server issues can occur we are not accountable to any unwanted experience and/or the loss of HCIM status on the RuneScape account. 13. If you wish to cancel the service, a fee may be applied. We will calculate how much work was completed. 14. By ordering a service with us, you agree and acknowledge our terms of service. 15.
