Yes, I have stockpiled every seed. This has previously worked in the past but as of a few days it has not,

With every seed in the bank and level 40 farming, it withdraws marrentill, tomato and rosemary.

Here is the logger.

As you can see, highest level herb was selected and the script attempted to withdraw Marrentill seeds with 40 farming and every herb seed banked. 

If the script had continued, it would have done the same for allotments and the flower.

The script is not correctly identifying which seeds I should be planting at 40 farming.

Yes it looks like it was attempting to use the wrong seeds which I have to fix; it's best to run it with a specific set of seeds
