BUT once you get a ban on 1 of them then the other account will likely be banned too because they will check it out since it's the same IP.

The best way to avoid mass bans is to use different IP's on your accounts :)

How can i set different ip's to my accs? Does it work on Mirror mode?

I have only a vpn to Change my ip adress

you can buy proxys from one of the people selling them on the market section.

I believe there is an guide somewhere too on how to set them up.
