cannot connect to osbot

3 months ago when i last used osbot, everything was working fine but now for some reason osbot can update itself but when i try to launch osbot it says it "can't connect to osbot", what could the problem be?

I assume you used a proxy last time and now that proxy isnt working anymore, but your settings are still set to use that proxy

the proxy settings are cleared, there's nothing there
