My router isn't one of those that change ip when you shut it off so i have no idea how to do that.

Static ip = Horrible, Just phone you internet provider and request a ip change.

First offense is always a 2 day ban then it cntinues to a permanentt ban.

ITS NOT A 1 DAY BAN IT MEANS 1HOUR 59MINUTES 59SECONDS etc..

this just happened to me last night, im pretty sure it's like 1.5 day ban as i woke up and it already said 1 day left.

Incorrect.

It's a 2 day ban, but a second after the ban takes place, it turns into 1 day 23 hours 59 seconds, so the site shows it as 1 day.

If you want to know the exact time left on the ban, try to log into EOC, and it'll tell you the time left. :)
