I really doubt anyone's going to meet up with you for $ unless you're trading thousands of $, and if you are I'd suggest putting it. If you're worried about chargebacks why not just sell for Crypto with a middleman?

You can just do direct bank transfers if you really feel unsafe or take the small hit and sell to big sites like bogla. I sold bogla over 30b alone and they've never charged back or been late to send cash.

That $250 is the price of convenience and the price of not having to worry if you'll ever get charged back or having the deal with people who buy little amounts.
