What are the observable differences, mirror takes up alot of ram imo but is it worth using?

In my opinion it is better to mirror Jagex' client, than to inject it with another.

I always use mirror mode on accounts i want to last, stealth mode is better suited for gold farming using multiple accounts.

Usually you use mirror mode on just 1 account or so.

Stealth is used if you want to goldfarm as in running 3-4+ accounts at a time.
