The account will be created and provided by me, the account will have combat level 3 and will NOT have completed tutorial island.
You are required to calculate the total cost of the service as well as supply and bond costs, I will not cover extra bonds or supplies if you find out you don't have enough by the end.
I don't care how you get the required stats, if you choose to use Nightmare Zone, I will not be covering the costs of the quests.
