Hmm, question is not fully clear, do you mean best as the price or best as not being raped by other botters so not flagged?

Best place to buy fresh proxies that aren't flagged and won't get my accounts banned within a day of using the proxy. Most sites I've looked at have disclaimers saying that if the proxies have been used there is a no refund policy, eventhough they're "fresh".

I think it is hard to judge if you buy from company, one way would be to start small and test them

Yes but the saying "Test what works and what doesnt is key to botting" You could also try buying from people here on forums, you could see their testimonials and etc.

proxy6 is decently cheap just make sure you get the right proxy, you want ipv4 socks proxy

Why would you use 24 hours mark to judge a ban? Not every bans happen exactly in 24hours mark. Some could even be flagged and only banned a week later.
