You would have to submit it to the admits, I'd shoot Raflesia or another admin a PM. As for the requirements, it has to be more or less flawless (capable of running for a number of hours with no human interaction), and it has to pass a sort of "code screening," which ensures the code is professional, contains no malicious content, and is not plagiarized.
