59 combat = 1atk 99str 45def 63 hitpoints (Trimmed strength cape + 99 fishing)

 

The 59 combat option will take 6 months +

The 65 combat option will take around 2 months

well as 99 fishing is shit id go with option 1 (65)

Hitpoints are important 65 one.

I vote 65 combat.

Would be much better IMO.
