the word "famous" is probably not what you should be using. venezuelans are the only "group" (as in, they are all from venezuela) of people who are notorious of playing runescape for money, and they are usually easy to distinguish from other players.

Personally I think Venezuela is more commonly known around the RS Market and is currently relative; otherwise, if you look at countries like India or China there are certain districts where the same rates are applied. Though, Venezuela as a whole is like this where those two aren't.
