Price Check 99 Prayer no other stats all 1

As title says whats the going rate for a 99 prayer with every other stat being 1 ?

Isn't prayer really expensive to get to 99? Wouldn't he be loosing money then? (just curious, I have 1 account with 95 prayer and 99 con untrimmed all other combat stats 1.)

But the user buying can just get it himself or order one done and he'll be the OO , it wont be over 150m fren.
