when i run the bot client it says failed retrying in 5 seconds and repeats.  It won't let me log in either.  is it down right now?

any ideas on how to fix this?

Try clear your dns using command prompt.

ipconfig /flushdns

Also make sure your bot client is up to date

If that would be the case the client would output a message that the client is outdated and to download the newest version on http://www.osbot.org

 

@OP: Perhaps your firewall is blocking the connection to our remote server.
