Have a high tier ironman grinded a shit load of thieving on and have had no RNG on a sceptre willing to pay top dollar for a trusted user to grind it, User will not have access to bank ill leave noted monkfish,super antis, and staminas in the inventory to use on the bank. Account has 95 Thieving and 85 Agiltiy.
I understand that this is completely RNG based and could take 5 minutes or 20 hours so an hourly/run rate would be fine or a set price and try to ur odds.
