We've done quite a few transactions, although he hasn't chargedback all of them.

Fairly confident I'll win these cases since I have his ID as well as the card he'd been paying on. Regardless of that I have filed police reports with the Cornell Police department where he lives as well as the NYPD and a online Fraud site called 'Action Fraud'. I've contacted his father and his sister via Facebook as well as contacted his University to notify them that I'll be lodging a fraud case against him. Here in the UK is you have any criminal offences made towards you, you'll be kicked out of University. So hopefully that'll happen to him too 8)!

Fucked with the wrong people tbh. Win or Lose the Paypal dispute, We'll be pursuing legal action smile.png

The member has been notified of the dispute and has 24 hours to post a defense.

It is clear the member has charged you back and taken back what was rightfully yours, therefore I have taken the liberty to go ahead and ban him. Hopefully everything works out with your case and best of luck to you.

Dispute Closed.
