the song has a black dude saying "weee yaaaaa!" but he doesnt say weee yaaa right away. He is like charging with some words, gradually increasing  till  he says weeee yaaaaaa!

he somewhat says "eyyy whyyyy feeling" something at the starts before he says Weee yaaaa!

Details: It's a rap pop song. Defiantly black dudes are singing. 

I just need help! I cannot seem to find this song and It's been running circles on my mind for days.
