I'm not sure if this is allowed, but I really don't have another option. The registered email attached to the account (xFricker) no longer exists. As a result, I can't recover the account by normal means. The account only has 1 post and it's almost 5 years old.

I think he means an OSBot account of his. Make a post under Appeals section (warning or forum ban) with the relevant info so staff can help.
