Where would I start a thread to list Player Moderators?

I'd like to compile a list of Player Moderators and I feel like starting a thread where everyone can contribute would be useful. To avoid mutes/bans for certain scripts.

Do you mean using the list for checking people around you? Or putting it into scripts to 'worldhop' when 'x' player is around?
