hi im wondering why people rest there TUT accounts before selling when its rested does that mean lets say the accounts are created on a USA IP can i use it on a europe IP?

without it getting locked?

Probably not no. IP jumps cause locks most all the time

Yes but with a lot of proxies (mostly proxies that are known and used by RS botters) you will still receive locks.

what about a dedicated proxy those are private right? or a residential proxy

Private doesn't really matter no. You might experience better luck with residential but these are usually expensive and hard to find.

Hm do you have any suggestion were i should buy a decent proxy then for this not realy expirienced with proxys well computer shit in general

mostly because of IP locks like said earlier and also instant bans

It's good to get the accounts created on a local I.P, I am from west midlands and had 100 accounts created in Leicster, and none have been locked after resting them for 4 days and logging in. 

 

For example, if you live in U.K like myself, make sure the accounts are created on an I.P which is not to far from your location. I have had no problems with locked accounts if I do it this way and rest them for a few days.

 

 

All my tut accounts are created in a dedicated proxy, rested for a few days.

After logging back in, if you trade - instant lock.

If created with a USA proxy, log in with a USA proxy, even if it's a free one.

Avoid trading for <.30 mins.

Never had a problem with any of the USA rested accounts I got and random USA residential proxies - Everyone seems to be making such a huge deal about them o.O
