IP flagged

Use Proxies

What butler said, use proxies

consider using a different method and mixing things up a bit

also bot 2 accounts on 2 different proxies, if one gets banned at least your not back to square 1

You should check out WindScribe VPN, it's free! + you get enough bandwidth (like 10gb each month)  https://windscribe.com/?affid=jcq3489x
I use it on different games and try to use mostly countries near me as proxy.

Let me know if this works for you too ^^

Try start with rested accounts as well, 2 week + old seems to help me

Your IP probably won't change when resetting router, not many ISPs do this anymore, there's limited IPV4 addresses. You either need to use a VPN/Proxy or call up your ISP and request it to be changed.

have you tried using shooting your PC with a glock? solved my problems.

ip flags are myths. I've had hundreds of accounts banned on my home ip for botting yet the mule i use on my home ip has been good for over a year.  My suspicion is that you make it very ez for jagex to flag the acc by botting nothing else on a fresh acc. My suggestion is to bot some ez skills first like fm and herb.  Good luck!

ps dont bot quests on new accs unless you want a ban

ip flags are bs. its been stated over and over again, if youre making a new account, quest it a bit, do some mindless skills. then either rest or bot it. watch your bot make sure to chat if ppl try to. if bot starts to act up pause or reset it. also if you buy/use diff ip's make sure to give rest period before botting because bot immediately after ip change is usually going to end in ban

Sand crabs has been an extremely hot spot ever since APA Sand Crabs was released. It is a very bad idea to bot at this location, even with a paid script such as this.(The script itself is very detectable, it follows the same paths every time for walking it seems and even using another fighting script in this location will most likely get you banned because Jagex is watching this spot very closely)

DO NOT bot at sandcrabs, and if you do DEFINITELY DO NOT use the Sandcrab script in the script downloads)
