Practice mode allows you to choose which boss you want to fight so you can whale on them until your heart is content.

Rewards are some potion boosters for in-game, to make it easier to complete. Altho they are accepting new ideas.

Yeah, at this moment it is so. Although, they said that they though releasing some kind of armor to wear outside of minigame, but it gotta be a little bit crappier than armor that will be released through GWD.
