You can shoot for around 40-45 cb plenty of people will be pking edge that lvl, its also a fun way to get into clanning or team pking as by varrock wilderness there will be a decent amount teams running around there, low lvl multi is pretty fun imo. Just look up a quick guide on what quests to do for attack xp ( should quest ur acc later for when u get bored of f2p then u can finish questing and be a gmauler then go 60 atk.
