nah, but he's still VIP on a botting forum, which could make it look like he is botting. In general it's a good idea to blur usernames on botting forums lol

He could have took that picture from someone else i.e if someone posted it on a discord server or something he could just post it here (not saying he is obviously) but for that reason he wont get banned or anything.

But yeah you're right probably not smart to post your rsns on botting forums to avoid further consequenses, like if he was planning to bot it later it would draw more attention (if someone actually went and tweeted his name to jagex or something).
